LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Paris Hilton may have gotten her fair share of attention after the release of a sex tape, but the celebutante says she’s far less promiscuous than people think.
“I’ve only ever done it with a couple of people,” she claimed in the UK edition of Glamour magazine, according to several reports out of Britain.
The heiress, who has dated a bevy of men, including Greek shipping heirs Paris Latsis, to whom she was previously engaged, and Stavros Niarchos, and most recently Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden, said rumors she has a promiscuous sex life are just rumors.
“People make up stories, but mostly I just kiss,” she said.
Paris told the publication she maintains respect in her relationships by refusing to hit the sheets.
“I think it’s important to play hard to get,” she said. “Nobody wants the fake Prada bag — they want the brand new bag that no one can get and is the most expensive.
“If you give it up to a guy he won’t respect you,” she continued. “He’ll want you much more if he can’t have you.”
