Paula Abdul Causes ‘Paparazzi Madness’ After Stepping Out In LA

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

On Thursday, Paula Tweeted that she took her “office staff to the Ivy for lunch.”
The Ivy is a well-known spot not only for Hollywood business lunches, but also for a heavy paparazzi presence, which Paula attracted.
“lunch today was paparazzi madness,” Paula Tweeted late Thursday evening.
The pint-sized singer said once the snappers got a whiff of her celebrity scent at the eatery, they trailed her as she ran errands.
“but it didnt end there,” she continued. “they followed me 2 my chiropractor appt and was bombarded in the parking lot!”
Paula said things got so bad, her doctor had to help out.
“i was accosted in an underground parking lot with my chiropractor running interference!” she Tweeted.
In fact, Paula later claimed to need police protection.
“and it didnt end there! thank god for my friend officer mike who stopped traffic to assist in the great escape,” she continued.
