Former model Paulina Porizkova was outspoken during her time as a judge on “America’s Next Top Model,” and she was just as blunt with Billy Bush in a new interview on Access Hollywood Live, where she took aim at Nicole Kidman, among others.

“[Nicole Kidman] especially really annoys me because I think she was one of the most beautiful women ever, and one of the greatest actresses,” Paulina told Billy on Wednesday. “I really looked up to her. When you start [having cosmetic work done on] what already is beautiful, that kind of insecurity really disheartens me because it makes me feel like, ‘What about me?’

“If you are so beautiful and so perfect and you need to change that to a different kind of perfection, where does it leave the rest of us?” she asked Billy.

Nicole, who stars in the upcoming drama, “Rabbit Hole” (click HERE to see the trailer!), wasn’t Paulina’s only target – the former model and frequent blogger also took on her Madgesty, the one and only Madonna.

“Madonna bought that timeless beauty, didn’t she? That’s just my personal opinion,” Paulina told Billy. “But to me she represents the most of everything. She’s just the biggest, she’s the richest, she’s the most everlasting. She’s really something.

“She’s become my favorite pinata,” Paulina said, referring to her frequent slams on the Queen of Pop’s ever-changing appearance. “Sorry, Madonna!”

The admittedly “outspoken” 45-year-old claims that though she’s often tempted to surgically alter her looks, she has managed to resist the pressure.

“I do nothing,” Paulina told Billy. “I’ve done laser treatments, but I count that as nothing because, technically, it leaves you looking exactly the same,” she added. “I’ve definitely had the desire [to get work done] and I battle with that desire on a daily basis because nothing ages as poorly as a beautiful woman’s ego.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Paulina ripped Heidi Montag’s surgically-enhanced look in an April interview with Access, saying the former star of “The Hills” looks like “Frankenstein.”

“I think [Heidi] is truly a scary looking human being because she doesn’t quite look human anymore,” Paulina previously told Access.
