Regina Hall Talks 'Think Like A Man Too'

Regina Hall sits down with Access Hollywood Live’s Kit Hoover and guest co-host Bill Bellamy and shares stories from the set of her new movie, “Think Like a Man Too.” How much fun was it shooting in Las Vegas with Kevin Hart and the rest of the cast? Plus, will there be a third “Think Like a Man” movie?

Back in Vegas for think like a man 2. Regina thank you for coming today. You must be excited. Brand new movie. This is like the sequel. I know. I saw it last nature by the wait a minute you did. Did you like it. It was so fun. Such a fun time. It was fun making it. It was a fun movie. We were in viing was your friends. The that's how we were in Vegas. In Vegas for a wedding who is getting married. I'm getting married. You are getting married. If mama boy came around? He came around but his mama hasn't come around. That's the problem. It is definitely a real tough situation with the mom played by Jennifer lewis. She is fabulous. Fabulous. She is the toughest mom in the world. She was so tough that when we were acting I was scared. And I know how sweet and kind general first and I still got scared. I was like. And your son the same actor or do we have anybody older. Same actor. He didn't grow much. Stayed the same. So cute. My question is you have such a big cast. How does everybody keep the laugh because so many good laugh all over the place how do they not break when you are filming. You know, because you have the studio producer are there like and you know each other and you kind of, it was okay when we broke sometimes because the nature och of the movie is fun so we didn't really have to be, we could really have fun with each other and Wendy Wendy was hard. Because she was a new addition and I didn't know her. She made me break a couple times. We cut a couple times because of Wendy. The laughs are non-stop. What about off camera. Sow finish shooting. Shot weird hours because you have to find the Vegas. Hustle club they are guest it turned up until 4 or 5:00 A.M. So then we have 3:00 o'clock call for hair and make up as soon as, I guess that gave them time to clean it. Who partied the hardest. Who was one once they said cut. Who went hard in Vegas. Kevin parties. I think Kevin hart. That wasn't acting for him. I know him very, very well that was not acting. That is him. I party with him. He's full tlochlingts want stop talk. So much energy. Has he changed at all since the first one came out he has become this massive star. Anything change about him, any bigger ego, bigger. No. He has more money and I can't tell the difference with this either. I have been asking to get some. Kevin come on but no he's still honestly the same guy. I think that's why he has so many fans and so much love because he's a really genuine guy you know that. He's really down to Earth. And just funny though. Naturally just a funny guy. He just says anything. Plus you had the scene with him in the chicken suit what movie was that. About last night. About last night. No matter what he does urlich I was getting it on with you in a chicken suit. That was hilarious. That was hilarious. Do you see another another movie maybe think like a man 3? Everyone says. I guess it's going to fend on tonight. This weekend. If the fans want to see it we did it again. I asked the director where do we go. Where do you take this. You could have another baby. Yes. Gabriel presenting naichbility she's pregnant now so that could be another story. Also. She's not pregnant that will start a rumstart a rumor but her character. Not her real. The character. Sorry America. Sheets trying to get pregnant is what we should say. I have a bone to pick with you my love. You have been here a bunch of times. You came on for best man holiday we were laughing. The clips you showed me were funny silly on the air plane I want to laugh put it on. Cried my ugly cry. Snoopie tear. It was so emotional. I know. You know what it was we wanted to keep the fun with the cast but it was 15 years later. So the Malcolm wanted to show wanted to show how life happens. How life doesn't always turn out the exact way you picture it. Absolutely. But still joy. It was phone but oh, my goodness. The tears I shed on this movie. Person next to me was like get it together. Listen I said when they shot the scene Melissa and I it was like I have a bad back she had a bad knee. We had to fight I don't even fight any more. Not that I ever was a fighter but about in the day. If the day. But now. This is -- we wanted to do it ourselves. I have a question for you. I have known you for a long time. Your career is just blossoming in such a grit way. You have been supporting. You are here you are there. What does it feel like now. You feel like you are in your groove in your acting contrary. It feels wonderful to work consistently. It never feels like -- I don't know, something about am I going to work again after every job. But you know it's like you enjoy the and then you go. It's shocking to be honest because I remember. You are so talented. You deserve it. You work very, very hard and she's good in everything. Wait I'm surprised by this you always worry about when the next role will come. I do. I a little worry. I always -- always. That's the actor. When do you movie people don't realize when you finish you are done. You are looking for the next. Next movie. What's next. It's true. Well best man holiday, a 3 right. Working on the third one. Next job already. I know. Already. Already. Don't have to worry about a job. My husband says you can't wait 15 years. You will be in a nursing home. Do you have to audition now for roles or all come to you. Some. Some I have to audition for and then some come. Probably the ones that I'm like longing for I probably have to audition 10 times but it just, you know, it's alwaysit just, you know, it's always, I don't know. It's like being pregnant for life. I don't see any woman there that's a lot of month. Always it's like 9 month pregnant for life. I'm there and then you are like am I there? It's like the labor pain without the. Any role what's the last role you audition for you didn't get that's my role. Can't even think of it she's that good. That's not it. I'm just trying to think of the last one. Do you know what is so funny. Hear a role I crayed over. When I first came to L.A. I thought I was going to be a huge star and audition for Josie and the pussy cat. They wouldn't let you be a abusey cat. No. You would be a good cat. You would be a good cat. Don't you find in a role that maybe got away you lost something else comes. Something else comes. It's better fit. You have to be happy when other people get something. You have to god has to spread it out a little. I hear you are very nasty woman I hear that from everybody you work with. Thank you. That you are generous. Women are happy for other women. Talented. Everyone has to work so it's nice to see. I watch you. I watch you. I love watching other people work because you learn from them. Thank you for coming. We have to keep you moving right. Thank you darling. Good luck. Give her a round of applause for Regina hall.
