Report: Britney Spears & Kevin Federline Settle Custody Battle

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have ended their custody fight for their two sons, according to E! Online.

Federline will reportedly get sole custody of their two son’s, Sean Preston and Jayden James, while Spears will continue to have visitation rights, according to the agreement signed by both parties.

“The case has been settled,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told E! Online. “The court still has to approve it. "

The former couple is due in court Friday.
