LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Farrah Fawcett’s last living trust reportedly left out longtime love Ryan O’Neal – along with friends Alana Stewart and Craig Nevius.

According to Radar Online, who obtained a copy of Farrah’s living trust (last updated on August 9, 2007), the actress left $4.5 million to son Redmond O’Neal. Additionally, she left $500,000 to nephew Greg Walls, $500,000 to father James Fawcett and $100,000 to ex-boyfriend Greg Lott.

Ryan, who dated Farrah on and off for many years, and Alana and Craig, who documented the actress’ cancer battle in the documentary “Farrah’s Story,” were not named in the trust.

The trust, which appears to be signed by the late actress, also stated that Farrah wanted to spend her last days at home.

“Settlor (Farrah) declares that she wishes to remain at home for as long as possible during any period of illness or incapacity and to die at home,” the trust states.

Farrah died on June 25, 2009 after a long battle with anal cancer. She was 62.
