LOS ANGELES, Calif.
Prosecutors have charged a man accused of stalking Halle Berry with felony burglary for being in the actress’ guest house earlier this month.
Richard A. Franco pleaded not guilty to the additional charge during a court appearance Wednesday in Los Angeles. He now faces two felonies stemming from three incidents in which he was spotted on the Oscar winner’s property in mid-July.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.
Randy Quaid and his wife are due back in a Santa Barbara courthouse Tuesday for two hearings that could result in arrest warrants and restraining orders if they don’t show up.
The criminal hearing will be the fourth time a judge and prosecutors have tried to arraign Randy and Evi Quaid on charges they vandalized the guesthouse of a home they used to own. Authorities have accused them of causing more than $5,000 in damage to the hillside home.

A Los Angeles judge has granted Sandra Bullock a restraining order against a man who has a history of stalking the actress and traveled cross-country to try to meet her.
The order issued Friday requires Thomas James Weldon to stay away from Bullock and refrain from trying to contact her for the next three years.

A judge has ordered a woman to stay away from Justin Timberlake for the next three years.
An attorney for the “SexyBack” singer successfully argued Monday for the restraining order against Karen McNeil. Timberlake wrote in court filings that McNeil repeatedly showed up at his house and trespassed on his property last month.
