Macaulay Culkin is heading to television according to a new report.
The 28-year-old former star of “Home Alone” and “Uncle Buck” has signed on to join the upcoming NBC drama, “Kings,” according to Entertainment Weekly columnist Michael Ausiello.
Mac will reportedly play the king’s nephew, a man who was sent into exile for reasons not revealed immediately.
According to previous reports in Variety and The Hollywood reporter, Ian McShane, formerly of HBO’s “Deadwood,” will play the monarch.
Culkin will have a multi-episode arc, Ausiello wrote. And he won’t be the only one. Leslie Bibb, who played Will Ferrell’s wife in “Talledega Nights” and Michael Stahl-David, from “Cloverfield” and ill-fated 2007 NBC drama, “The Black Donnellys,” will appear in arcs as well.
