Richie Sambora Back To Rehab; Lohan’s New Neighbor

-- SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (September 24, 2007) — Richie Sambora has headed back to the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah.

This just a month before his band, Bon Jovi, is set to go back on tour.

“Richie is continuing the on-going treatment he began in June,” his publicist tells Access.

The New York Daily News reported on Sunday that Richie is now a next-door neighbor of fellow patient Lindsay Lohan.
