LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Heather Locklear has left an Arizona facility where she was receiving treatment for anxiety and depression, People reports.

The actress, who checked herself in on June 19, is now home after four weeks and is said to be in good spirits.

“Heather’s feeling really great,” a close friend of the actress told the mag. “And she looks beautiful, just radiant.”

During her stay at the treatment facility, the actress reportedly received therapeutic spa treatments, rode horses and spent time alone.

In addition to her treatment, boyfriend Jack Wagner visited Heather on two separate occasions.

Though Heather’s recovery is described as “a work in progress” by her close friend, the actress is said to be already getting back to her old self.

“She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core,” Heather’s friend told the mag. “That’s when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that’s the best part of all – it’s so nice to hear her laugh.”

During Heather’s stay in the Arizona facility, her 10-year-old daughter, Ava, stayed with her father, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
