NEW YORK, N.Y. --
Caption George Clooney escorts girlfriend Sarah Larson who is on crutches George Clooney’s new girlfriend, the lovely Sarah Larson spoke publicly for the first time since she started seeing the actor, last night.
Just three days after the pair thankfully walked away from a motorcycle accident, the normally very private gentleman George explained what happened and Sarah did some of the talking.
“We got knocked around I have a cracked rib and she has a broken foot but other then that were OK,” George told reporters.
Broken bones? No biggie. George Clooney and his stunning girlfriend soldiered on with a smile at the New York City premiere of his intense drama “Michael Clayton.”
“How are you feeling,” Access Hollywood’s Tim Vincent asked Larson.
“I am good yeah, a little sore,” Larson answered. “I am healing fast.”
For her first television interview as George’s girlfriend, Larson accessorized her off the shoulder dress with the latest in crutch-couture. George proved chivalry is most certainly not dead as he helped her down the red carpet despite his own injuries – a fractured rib and a case of road rash.
“A road rash is a lot of gravel stuck in your arms,” George explained. “That is always fun.”
Despite the crash, George has no qualms about getting back on a two-wheeler.
“Of course I am going to [get back on the bike],” he said. [I’ve been] riding for 25 years, so [it was] just an accident.”
Making a surprise appearance for his bruised up buddy, Brad Pitt came out for the film screening too. Arriving solo, he raced down the carpet just minutes before the film started.
After the premiere, as Sarah was escorted to the car, George satisfied the autograph hunger of New York.
“How’s the rib,” one fan asked.
“Good,” George replied. “Motorcycle’s not so good.”
