We're back with gorgeous pectorals and he tells us how you can do it with his pound a day diet. Your abs look amazing. You always look good, but right now you are in triathlon shape. Actually, I'm in better than triathlon shape. Triathlon shape, I didn't have this much muscle. I tried to get as thin as possible, but right Ve got muscle, too. Look at me then. Look at my face, I looked like a pumpkin. You knew me then, too. You didn't tell me I was fat. It's funny, when you lose a little bit of weight, people say, are you doing something? And you say, I guess I was fat. 30% of people are morbidly obese, which means it's going to kill them at some point. Type 2 diabetes is on the rise, more kids are obese. Something has to be done. Anyone who does that is adding more calories than a double cheeseburger. The problem with diet food is it doesn't taste good. If it doesn't taste good, you're not going to eat it, right. I like the spice in there. The spice increases your metabolic rate. Another good way to get your muscles working is to drink water. Drink half your body weight every day. If you're 200 pounds, 100 ounces of water a day. You want to maximize your muscles. This is a Thai style Turkey. This is red curry paste, that's peanut butter. I add peppers, I add Turkey you buy from the deli, and more noodles. Miracle noodles. Miracle noodles are truly a miracle. There's no calories. So this is called metabolic fasting. When you fast, you gain weight. By the way, that's only 199 calories. This whole thing? Half of that. That's delicious. Metabolic fasting, eating fewer calories. The dessert, frozen strawberry shake. This is drinkable, it's not TV food. What's in there? That is pureed strawberries and monk fruit. Monk fruit extract is a very good ingredient. It's calorie free and tastes really good. I'm going to say you've taken it to a whole new level. 814 calories, all that. Everything? Yep. Six meals. You can never go hungry. His new book "Pound a day diet."
