This is cocoa powder, protein powder, Munk fruit extract. This is only 91 calories. I got to try this. Taste it. So this is my chocolate shake. This is my burger. While you're pouring that, a watermelon salad, I love that. It's 167 calories a serving. Before the watermelon it was 450. I like that. That's a good shake. I got to get a different straw. You need the big straw. You got to drink it. You can't get it through there. You got yours going? I can't get my through. You can use a spoon. That's a good shake. What's the difference in calories? The shake would be 990 calories normally, 31 grams of fat. This is 91. Amazing. Right there you're saving that. This is good stuff right there. And the salad, by the way, from 449 to 167.
