LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans
My Name Is Miley!: Oh Miley – we hope this one is not true, but according to the New York Post’s Page Six, the young starlet was recently being quite sassy with an employee at NYC’s Pop Burger. According to the paper, Miley was asked her name after ordering and she reportedly said, “Are you serious? You don’t recognize me? I’m Miley Cyrus.” Still having no clue who the Disney darling was, the employee reportedly ran her credit card and said, “That’s nice for you. Here is your order. Have a good day.” We’d love to say, “Awww snap!” but we’re guessing the truth of this story might have been stretched a little!
Emma Watson Under A New Spell?: “Harry Potter” starlet and Brown University freshman, Emma Watson, might have been previsouly linked to financier Jay Barrymore, but according to Page Six, the actress was spotted out with Spanish rock star Rafael Cebrian at Saturday’s New York Rangers game at Madison Square Garden. A Post source claimed, “They were sitting with Yves Saint Laurent creative director Stefano Pilati. But Emma and Rafael looked like they were on a date. They were sitting very close together.” To be fair, how could a financier ever compete with a Spanish rock star?
Paula Deen Finally Meets A Ham She Doesn’t Like!: We only share this link of celebrity chef Paula Deen taking a ham to the face with the knowledge that she recovered just fine after the incident and has a sense of humor about the whole situation – but check out Paula’s nasty run in with the fly away ham HERE! (And enjoy the slow motion replay!)
Daily Eww!: Our friends at Gawker got their hands on 2006 photos of Kate Couric shaking, shimmying, grinding and dropping it like it’s hot on the dancefloor, the night of her premiere on The CBS Evening News. We’re so not feeling Katie’s bout of Shakira-ness. XOXO – Roll Call!
