Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans
Jen & John To Marry This Fall?: Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer could be the latest celeb couple to head down the aisle, according to OK! Magazine. “She’s at an age where she is thinking with her head not just her heart,” a source close to the actress told the publication. “No way would she still be with anyone if marriage wasn’t a real option.” But don’t expect this ceremony to be like the million dollar wedding she had with Brad Pitt. “She doesn’t want anything elaborate or showy,” another friend said. Plus, they can save a few bucks on a band by having the groom play.
007’s Royal Premiere: Princes William and Harry will lend a little royal cred to the James Bond “Quantum of Solace” world premiere on October 29 in London, People reported. The event will benefit two charities; Help for Heroes, which helps wounded soldiers, and the Royal British Legion, which aids service community members and their families.
Couple Alert: Former Heath Ledger paramour, Michelle Williams, and director Spike Jonze were spotted smooching at Little Dom’s in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood on August 2, People reported. “During dinner they would lean in and kiss each other over the table,” a fellow diner told the mag. By the end to the meal Michelle was reportedly in Spike’s lap. Let’s hope it was a garlic-free meal.
Leo’s Grandmother Passes Away: Leonardo DiCaprio beloved grandmother, Helene Indenbirken, has died according to Indenbirken’s hometown newspaper, the Recklinghauser Zeitung. Indenbirken, who Leo affectionately referred to as “Oma,” was 93-years-old. The cause of her death has not been reported.
