ROLL CALL: Kardashian Sisters Slammed On 'Saturday Night Live'
Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans
“SNL” Skewers The Kardashians!: We’re not expecting to see any of the Kardashian sisters make an appearance on “Saturday Night Live” after this weekend’s hilarious imitation of the reality personalities. “SNL” cast members Nasim Pedrad, Abby Elliott and Vanessa Bayer spoofed the sisters during an appearance on “Weekend Update,” during which they mocked their recent failed debit card endorsement fiasco. Check out the clip HERE and also find why the Kardashian ladies scraped their planned birth control pill!
Have You Heard About Amber Heard?: Actress Amber Heard, who has starred in “Pineapple Express” and “Zombieland” and co-stars with Johnny Depp in the upcoming “The Rum Diaries,” came out of the closet recently, and the actress hit the red carpet with partner Tasya van Ree over the weekend at the GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) 25th Anniversary party in Los Angeles. “GLAAD is one of the many reasons that I, as a 24-year-old, can come out,” Amber told Radar Online. As for her lady, with whom she made her public debut, the actress gushed about their two-year relationship. “She is beautiful,” she continued. “I mean, you’d have to be crazy not to want to go out with her!” Congrats to Amber and Tasya!
Don’t Let Monday Be A Drag!: Has your reality TV been a little less fabulous lately? In just a few weeks, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” returns to Logo for its third season and the New York Post’s PopWrap has a first look at all the drama, glitter and mascara-streaked tears. Margaret Cho, Lily Tomlin, Chloe Sevigny, LaToya Jackson and Johnny Weir all will be stopping by to help Ru judge the ladies (including drag stars named Delta Work, Raja and Venus D-Lite) clawing for the crown. Check out the drag-tastic drama, HERE!
Hey PETA!: We’re not sure what the proximity to spray tans does to pets, but we’d like PETA to investigate THIS situation with The Hogan ladies. And while we’re at it, having mom-daughter matching belly button rings in 2010 has to be a crime against somebody (besides good taste, style and age appropriateness), right?
