TRUMP’S SPECIAL DELIVERY : Donald Trump has reportedly struck another blow in his ongoing feud with Rosie O’Donnell, says THE NY POST’s PAGE SIX. According to their report, Trump sent a glass-framed garment - the boustier worn by O’Donnell in the 1994 film “Exit to Eden” - to Barbara Walters on Monday. The girdle-like garment was allegedly bought by a fan at a charity auction and sent to Trump, and he decided to send it to Walters. “I sent it to Barbara to hang in her office because I didn’t want it in mine. It was funny, except that it was really gross. It’s disgusting,” Trump reportedly told PAGE SIX. “I feel sorry for [Rosie’s] wife. It can’t be pleasant.” Walters has kept mum on the subject of Trump’s gift, both on “The View” and in her comment to PAGE SIX: “I am supportive of my friend and colleague Rosie, but I have no desire to continue a feud with Donald Trump.” COURTNEY’S RESOLUTION : Courtney Love responds to rumors as she reportedly tells PEOPLE that diet and exercise - not surgery - helped her drop 52 pounds: “I didn’t have a scar for gastric [bypass]. You have to be 100 pounds overweight, you have to be grossly obese.” PEOPLE claims that she says she was inspired to drop the weight late last year after seeing the scale reach 182 lbs. and a photograph of herself with her stomach hanging out. Plus, she was reportedly facing a fashion shoot for Italian Vogue. “I couldn’t fit into anything,” she allegedly explained. “All the backs had to be cut out, and I was like, ‘I’m gonna fit into sample size, dammit!’ And that was my New Year’s resolution.” LINDSAY’S THOUGHTS ON REHAB : THE ASSOCIATED PRESS reports on an interview Lindsay Lohan has done for the May issue of Allure magazine, in which she speaks on a variety of topics; including feeling “safe,” taking care of her friends and family, and taking care of herself — referencing her recent stint in rehab. ?It?s so weird that I went to rehab.
