ROLL CALL: Mel Gibson's 'The Beaver' Still Chomping Its Way To Theaters
Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans
Mel’s ‘Beaver’ Lives!: The future of Mel Gibson’s latest movie, “The Beaver,” might be uncertain, but according to a new poster unveiled this week at the American Film Market in Los Angeles, the movie is still coming your way! ComingSoon.net came across a new poster for the movie featuring Mel and his beaver puppet and instructions on how to speak to Mel’s character. Roll Call is reserving judgment – regardless of Mel’s relationship woes – on this one, we’re just not sure we can make it through two hours of a guy talking via a Beaver puppet! See the new poster, HERE!
Cirque du Mel: We couldn’t let this Halloween photo of Mel Gibson pass us by without sharing! Check out Mel dressed as a scary (or messy?) clown last weekend. According to Radar Online, the headline-making actor attended David Arquette’s Halloween party over the weekend. See his costume, HERE!
The Daily Eww!: Hulk Hogan and daughter Brooke appear in a new promo video for Def Jam’s Rapstar video game – and beyond the utter wrongness of these two attempting to rap – the Hulkster can be seen checking out his daughter’s backside and then flashing his junk (which, luckily for the sake of our retinas, was censored.) We’ve never wanted to buy a video game less than right at this moment! See the worst commercial (in our humble opinion) in the history marketing, HERE!
Bon Jovi In Your Cubicle!: Think you’ll need some help surviving hump day next week? Perhaps a big ole’ dose of New Jersey rock is just what you need! If you’ve got the Interwebs, you can swallow down some of Bon Jovi’s “Bad Medicine” on Wednesday, November 10 at 8 PM ET, when America’s favorite aging rockers stream a live performance on YouTube. Fans can even help the band choose the set list – jump online to cast your votes now through Monday, November 8, HERE! Roll Call is already busy feathering our hair (and asphyxiating in a cloud of Aqua Net) in giddy anticipation!
