According to Gawker, the actress is selling her Beverly Hills, Calif., home, which she calls “Ohana” (Hawaiian for “extended family”). Jesse James To Pen Memoir: Ever since Snooki wrote a book, it appears everyone in Hollywood is racing to the computer to pound out a potential best-seller. Now, Jesse James is hoping to become Hollywood’s newest reality star-turned-author. Sandra Bullock’s ex, who is engaged to Kat Von D, is reportedly writing a memoir tentatively titled, “American Outlaw.” Jesse’s book will be released later this year.
