‘Top Chef’ Winner Wows With Carbonated Blackberries: Carla “Cooking With Love” Hall and Stefan “One Half Of Team Euro” Richter were no match for Hosea “I Swear I Didn’t Hook Up With Fellow Contestant Leah” Rosenberg, who chopped, diced and minced the competition on Wednesday’s season finale of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” The Season 5 final challenge was simple — “Cook the best three course meal of your life,” head judge Tom Colicchio told the contestants. Hosea wowed the judges with three courses that included a redfish appetizer, a scallop and foie gras dish and venison served over wild mushrooms and carbonated blackberries as his final tasty treat. “I’m kind of in shock right now,” Hosea said after winning the title and $100,000 prize. “I’m just so happy.
