“Gossip’s” Dorota Goes Mobile: She might be Blair Waldorf’s handmaiden in waiting, but “Gossip Girl’s” Dorota is getting a shot at the spotlight – well, the cell phone spotlight at least. “Gossip” creator Josh Schwartz told E!‘s Kristin Dos Santos that “a special Verizon series all about Dorota” is in works. We can’t wait to hear Blair screaming “DOROTA” at the top of her lungs from our cell phones as our favorite Upper East Side maid reveals her own juicy and scandalous life – cleaning up after Blair has to be worth at least three to four seasons of great mobile TV!

Reese Witherspoon To “30 Rock”: Is Reese Witherspoon the next major celeb guest star for NBC’s “30 Rock”? Nothing is planned yet, but the “Four Christmases” told E! Online she would love to make an appearance. “Oh, sure. Yeah,” She said when asked if she could see herself on the show. “I love Tina [Fey], and I think she does such a great job, and she really understands comedy for women.” Maybe Reese could play Liz Lemon’s nemesis at a competing network?

Ryan & Jesse Enjoy A Light Beer: Speaking of Reese, her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe may not be angling for a guest spot on last year’s Emmy award-winning comedy, but he was spotted enjoying good times with friend Jesse Bradford at West Hollywood’s famous Dan Tana’s Italian restaurant, People reported. The “Flags of Our Fathers” co-stars, along with three other friends, toasted with Amstel Lights during dinner. Also spotted at the WeHo haunt not with the young guys, Linda Thompson and friends, “Hills” star Brody Jenner’s mom Kris Jenner, hanging out in the bar. Dan Tana’s might consider upping their star wattage.

Joaquin Returns To Film: Joaquin Phoenix may have told the world that he’s retiring from movies to focus on making music, but the Oscar-nominated actor is already working on a new film – well, a documentary, “that will showcase his transition from acting to music,” a source told People. Last week, Joaquin surprised the crowd at the Culver City nightspot Carbon with a surprise rap performance, which pal Casey Affleck filmed. That Oscar nomination glow was good while it lasted.
