Elizabeth Berkley Expecting First Child

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Elizabeth Berkley shows off her baby bump in Los Angeles on March 5, 2012Elizabeth Berkley is going to be a mom!

The actress – best known for “Saved by the Bell” and “Showgirls” – is expecting her first child with husband Greg Lauren, an artist and clothing designer.

“In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them,” the 39-year-old actress wrote on Twitter. “Greg and I are so excited to be expecting our 1st child this summer.”

Adding, “We couldn’t be more grateful and overjoyed… My heart is full.”

The couple wed in 2003 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
