Scarlett and Ryan are engaged, a rep for the actress confirmed to Access Hollywood.
The couple has been romantically linked since being spotted hanging out together in March 2007.
No wedding date has been set, according to the rep.
Reynolds was previously engaged to singer Alanis Morissette, however, the couple never married.
This will be first marriage for both Scarlett, 23, and Ryan, 31.
