‘Scrubs’ Star Judy Reyes Welcomes Baby Daughter

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Judy Reyes shows off her baby bump in LA on October 11, 2009“Scrubs” star Judy Reyes is a new mom, People reported.

According to the mag, the actress welcomed daughter Leila Rey Valencia, her first child, on November 27.

The new baby weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz. and measured 19 inches.

However, the new addition wasn’t always an exciting moment for the star.

“I’ve never been a baby person, babies always scared me,” the actress previously told Pregnancy magazine. “I’ve always been afraid to drop them or hurt them.”

Nevertheless, it sounds like Judy has a lot to teach Leila.

“I hope that she has perspective, a good sense of humor, patience, perseverance, and that she really just hangs in there to do what she’s passionate about,” the star told the mag. And has a dazzling smile like her mom!”

The new season of “Scrubs” bowed Tuesday night on ABC.
