Johnny Depp showed his appreciation for his Kids’ Choice Award with a sliming.
After earning the blimp-shaped favorite movie actor trophy for his Mad Hatter role in “Alice in Wonderland,” Depp manned a hose and unleashed waves of green goop on the screaming crowd of more than 10,000 kids — and a few adults.

An eclectic collection of celebrities, including Drew Barrymore, Joe Jonas and “Modern Family’s” Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, hit the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, as radio station KROQ presented their Almost Acoustic Christmas concert.
While the celebs were plentiful, it was the music that took center stage, particularly the haunting sounds of one of the biggest breakout outfits of the year – Best New Artist Grammy nominee Florence and The Machine.

MTV has announced the first set of presenters for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, with stars including Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Zac Efron tapped as presenters and Christina Aguilera set to perform.

Apolo Anton Ohno is going for the green at the Kids’ Choice Awards.
The Olympic-winning speed skater will attempt to set a new world record for being catapulted into slime at Saturday’s 23nd annual shenanigan-packed Nickelodeon spectacle held inside UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion. Ohno will perform the messy feat with the help of the Kids’ Choice Awards Slime Slingshot and ripped World Wrestling Entertainment champion John Cena.
