LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Fresh off scoring his third straight box office number one with “Eagle Eye” over the weekend, Shia LaBeouf’s been injured yet again – this time on set.

The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” star was cut below his eyebrow while working on the film, according to People. He reportedly received stitches immediately and returned to work.

Reps for Shia at Paramount were not available for comment when contacted by Access Hollywood.

The actor underwent hand surgery following a car accident in July.

“We propped [my hand] together so I could get through ‘Transformers’ and then I’ll go have another surgery and be back to 100 percent,” Shia told Access’ Billy Bush earlier this month.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Shia was involved in a collision at the intersection of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood in late July. The crash, which authorities have since said was the fault of the other driver who ran a red light, sent Shia by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he underwent surgery after he was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

He was not charged due to “insufficient evidence,” a Los Angeles County District Attorney spokesperson told the Associated Press.

On Monday, a Los Angeles County District Attorney spokesperson confirmed to Access that the driver and passenger of the other car police believe was in the crash have been charged with a single misdemeanor charge of giving false information to authorities. They will be arraigned in Beverly Hills Superior Court on October 15.
