LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

When it comes to being sexy on TV, “The Mentalist” star Simon Baker and “Desperate Housewives” star Eva Longoria Parker have what it takes.

The same goes for Kate Walsh, Matthew Settle, David Boreanaz and Eliza Dushku.

These are just a few of the stars who made the cut on TV Guide Magazine’s annual list of TV’s Sexiest Stars, with Simon and Eva taking top honors.

“My kids will really have a laugh, I’m sure,” Simon told TV Guide. “When I’m home, I’m basically a piece of furniture.”

“The Mentalist” heartthrob replaces Patrick Dempsey, who held the top spot on the list the previous two years.

Meanwhile, sexy as ever at age 34, “Desperate” diva Eva said she is embracing each year that comes her way.

“I feel like every year I’m getting wiser and getting more experience under my belt. I rather enjoy aging, actually,” she admitted.

A host of reality stars also made this year’s list, including “Top Chef’s” Padma Lakshmi, “Hills” stars Brody Jenner and Audrina Patridge and real-life “Dancing With the Stars” couple Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff.

And while Brody may have what it takes to be sexy, he also knows what isn’t sexy when it comes to women.

“[Bad breath] is the worst possible thing any female could ever have,” he said. “I don’t care how hot you are. Keep Scope on you at all times.”
