LONDON, U.K. -- When Geri Halliwell first left the Spice Girls in the late '90s, the group wrote the song "Goodbye" for her. Now that the recently reunited fab five have cut their own reunion short, there is only memories and a video message from the girls to commemorate their time together.

"We’re very sorry we’ve not been able to get all the places that we really, really wanted to" Mel C, aka Sporty Spice, said in the message on the band’s official Web site.

"We have children, the kids need to go back to school and we always said our families are our priorities," Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, said. "We want to thank all of our fans. Sorry we haven’t got to see everybody. We had a really great time."

The girls canceled concerts in Australia, Argentina, South Africa and China and will now wrap up their wold tour in Toronto, Canada, on February 26.

The girls also used the short video clip to tackle the rumor that infighting led to the cancellations by jokingly poking fun through some play fighting.

"We hate each other? Are you kidding? We love each other!" Scary Spice Mel B said.
