Tubey Awards Winners Announced

This summer, Bravo’s Television Without Pity asked TV junkies to cast their votes for the best, worst, most improved and just plain craziest characters, series, moments and more from the 2008-2009 season. And after a record-breaking 2.4 million votes were cast, the results can finally be revealed!

Access Hollywood also participated in this year’s Tubeys, with five categories of our own. The results… after the jump.
