Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski chats with Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Access Hollywood Live about being a guest judge on the two-hour season finale of “So You Think You Can Dance.” Does Tara miss athletic competition? And, has Tara been in touch with Johnny Weir? Tara will guest judge on the season finale of “So You Think You Can Dance” September 3 at 8/7c on Fox.

I have been challenged with the ice combukt challenge. I like the bikini clad Tara Lipinski, putting the pressure on her "So you think you can distance" CLOO egg to do the same. 1998, olympic physical skating gold medallist Tara Lipinski, she will be a guest on tonight two-hour finale. So you think you can dance. I think there are a bunch of different ways to say that. You so you think you can dance? It's a cool title, too. You have to say it different ways to keep it exciting. By the way, your ice bucket challenge, it was a very small cup. I did not know that I was going to be in a bikini this morning on national television. I know when you sent it out. I didn't think you guys would pick it up. That's the thing about social media. When you let it out there. What do you do to stay in shape. Clearly about an olympian, you work out. I love to scale. I like to get out. You live on west L.A., where is the rink? There is a few. I go all the way out to Anaheim. A beautiful rink, private time on the ice. What do you play your old routine? I doodle, calm them ice doodles. You skating to Nikki Minaj? Bang, bang. All the cool stuff the kids are listening to. Do you still choriograph all your old routines? I do. Within I'm not skating, I have to do the Normal things, barre class? It's very hard. Don't let it fool you. I brought a guy friend, he was like, this is hard. Do you miss competing? I think when you meet an athlete, that was your whole life, your whole world, where do you get that high these days? I do. I love competition, it gets old, it's pressure. I am glad moved on to other things, now it's live television. Are you to feeling it right now? For the, it's fun. Friendly fire. Speaking of friends I came up and worked in Hollywood, so fun on the red carpet. Do you guys still talk? We team up again this fall. This summer he's been. We keep if touch. We're always texting and calling. You were there. I realized when Johnny came home, you tow what hit the fan on the relationship thinking of all the time you guys spent with each other. You were the confidante, the therapist. I think just keeping in touch and having that home base. You are a good friend, that's good. Is he good? He's happy, he's been skating a lot, which makes him happy. The last time I talked to him we had some blasts. You are skating, a lot of people say she's 15-years-old, wins the gold medal. That's it. She leaves the olympic competition and turns pro, but back then, in that time, right, stars on ice? The tour, that thing was incredibly possible. It was a big move. I loved competing. I missed that time whencyteing was so huge and we were touring, I was with Scott Hamilton and Christy yam yam ma Gucci. I'd get to do a show and perform. That was a good time. You parlaid all this great, are we going to see few Rio? Is that set for the olympics? Well, I think you guys will be happy. "Stars on ice" used to make millions of dollars. It used to be a hugely profitable thing. You had to do it. Now it's a change, these skaters turn professional, it's a different life. You are missing out on so much. Back then I never felt the difference, obviously, it wasn't high competition like the olympics. We saw competition, world pro all this was so much fun. "So you think you can dance" season finale, who is going to take it? They're so good. It's so exciting to see these dancers grow every week and Jessica is one of my favorites. This is a problem. Look at that prove highs a dance single. I don't know why he came from. Vamry is so cute. Owe want to just grab it. Oh my gosh. She's so fun. So much fun. I want to get out there and do it. Oh, for the. Thank you very much. Check out Tara tonight. She is guest judging. 8:00. Season finale of fox's "So you think you can dance". Not me, you can.
