Two Photographers Arrested Near Britney Spears’ Home

Two photographers suspected of loitering on city-owned property near Britney Spears’ home were arrested Monday.

Alexandre Passos of Canoga Park and Eduardo Ravalha of Los Angeles, both 35 years old, were arrested around 6 p.m. Monday after being warned to leave an access road near Mulholland Drive and Coldwater Canyon Avenue, police spokeswoman April Harding said.

Candy Spelling Spends $47 Million On LA Condo

The widow of producer Aaron Spelling paid a whopping $47 million for a two-story condo atop a Century City residential tower that’s still under construction, her lawyer said.

The price paid by Candy Spelling for the 16,500-square-foot property works out to $2,848 a square foot, a record price for a Los Angeles condo unit, the Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday.

The previous record of $2,700 was set at the same Century tower project in February.

Kid Rock Gets Probation For 2007 Waffle House Incident

Officials in Georgia say Kid Rock has been sentenced to a year’s probation and fined $1,000 for his role in a fight at a suburban Atlanta Waffle House last fall.

The DeKalb County solicitor’s office says the 37-year-old was also sentenced Monday to six hours of anger management counseling and 80 hours of community service.

Robert Downey Jr. has postponed plans to write a memoir and has returned his advance to publisher HarperCollins, a spokeswoman forthe actor told The Associated Press.
