Spencer Pratt Almost Got Snipped: In tonight’s episode of “The Hills,” Spencer Pratt reveals he almost had a vasectomy. MTV’s favorite villain told wife Heidi Montag that he looked into the “seven-minute procedure” but in the end didn’t go through with it. We think the entire world just collectively uttered, “Shucks!” See the clip, HERE!

Did KC Find A New “Hills” Showmance?: Kristin Cavallari has already dated one of Audrina Patridge’s dudes, Justin Bobby, so why not date another! According to People, Kristin has sunk her claws into Tal Cooperman, who dated Audrina last summer. “It’s brand new. They’re having a lot of fun enjoying getting to know each other better,” a People source claimed. “It’s not for the show. They hit it off and have been hanging out off-camera.” And we’re sure they’ll continue to hang out when the cameras are rolling too!

Madonna Not Preaching To Jesus’ Mama: Despite reports that Madonna is heading to Brazil to meet boyfriend Jesus Luz’s mom, Cristiane Regina da Silva, the singer reportedly told The New York Post’s Page Six that she’s heading to the South American country for a good cause – not to meet her boy toy’s mama. “I am going there strictly for fund raising and humanitarian purposes,” she told the paper. Well, considering she told David Letterman she’d rather be hit by a train than get married again, we’re not surprised she’s not rushing to meet Jesus’ mother.
