“Dexter”: The Season 8 premiere of “Dexter” is a little over a month away, and Showtime has helped feed the anticipation by dropping the brand new official trailer on YouTube on Friday. From the thrilling clip, Dexter has a new foe in town (played by British actress Charlotte Rampling), who just happens to be an expert in the study of psychopaths. Also, his sister Deb appears to be spiraling out of control. “Dexter’s” final season kicks off on Showtime on Sunday, June 30 at 9 PM ET/PT.
“Don’t Trust The B---- In Apartment 23”: Although it was canceled, ABC is giving fans of the quirky comedy a parting gift, making the final unaired episodes of the show available online at ABC.com or through the ABC Player on mobile devices. Among the twists ahead in the final episodes — Chloe (Krysten Ritter) drugs June (Dreama Walker), heads to AA and calls off her friendship with James Van Der Beek. Also, the series finale, titled “Original Bitch,” features Richard Dean Anderson (aka TV’s “MacGyver”) and Charo, as themselves, respectively.

The show’s fifth season drops on DVD and Blu-Ray on Tuesday, May 21, the same day Stephen Moyer (Bill) and Kristin Bauer van Straten (Pam) will take part in a virtual signing from Bill’s mansion on the “True Blood” set, where they are expected to answer questions from fans submitted to Twitter account @TrueBloodHBO. Today, though, is the last day to enter “True Blood’s” “Psalms of Lilith” contest to win a copy of the release. More info can be found on www.fillintheblood.com.
“The Walking Dead”: Rick Grimes and Co. won’t return to AMC until this October, but Season 4 showrunner Scott M. Gimple confirmed on Twitter that the first episode is in the can! “Ep1, S4 wrapped. Gratitude, awe, and utter excitement,” he Tweeted. The news comes just one week after AMC dropped the first photo from Season 4, featuring Andrew Lincoln, as Rick, with a zombie in pursuit.
