Matt Lauer was dressed as Humpty Dumpty, asking if he looked fat. Meredith Vieira was virtually unrecognizable as Pinocchio, admitting at one point she was getting “a little high” from the glue sticking her nose on her face.
Ann Curry played Cinderella, or as she described herself, “the ethnic J-Lo Cinderella.” Al Roker wore a Gingerbread Man’s costume.
Kathie Lee Gifford dressed as the Big Bad Wolf and Hoda Kotb was Little Red Riding Hood.
Natalie Morales made a surprise appearance to show off her new baby and that she’d lost her pregnancy weight.
At one point, going into a commercial break, Vieira made a scary blooper, saying “this is Today on CBS.”
