Tim “Green” Gunn Walking In LA: For a man that has built a career on what’s “in” and what’s “out” in the world of fashion, it’s no surprise that “Project Runway’s” Tim Gunn is embracing the green life whole-heartedly. During this year’s Emmy Awards, the style guru attempted to walk to the ceremony, which is only two blocks from his loft in downtown Los Angeles, a source tells AccessHollywood.com. Tim’s handlers tried to make him take the limo service to the Nokia, but he refused and instead arrived on foot. Tim has also been spotted walking to the local Ralphs supermarket wearing his signature dress shirt and tie. And as for the future of “Project Runway,” lawsuits and injunctions aside, our source tells us filming of the new season is still underway.

TomKat Goes Gray: Green isn’t the only hot color for the stars, gray appears to be a favorite for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who wore matching gray blazers out to dinner at Italian restaurant Il Valentino in midtown Manhattan, People reports. Could this be a sign that TomKat is officially an old married couple now? You know what they say about couples that start dressing like one another!

As for her stateside reality show friend, “We’re still good friends obviously, but we can’t really hang out in public until they reveal who the winner is… so we’ve been hanging out on the DL.” And if you’re in need of a gift for your best friend (or worst enemy depending on what you think of her music), Paris said she’s dropping another album. “I just finished my album so that will be released this month.” Ready those pink iPods!
