Clooney, who was part of the cast of “ER” when the series debuted on NBC in 1994, is expected to reprise his role as Dr. Doug Ross this week.

The Oscar winner is set to film scenes on Thursday and Friday on the Warner Bros. lot, a source told AccessHollywood.com.

According to Radar Online, Clooney’s character will be featured in at least one scene practicing medicine at a hospital in Seattle. He is also set to film a scene in his old haunt at County General.

Clooney’s scenes will be filmed out of sequence to accommodate the actor’s schedule, a source said.

Cell phones have been banned from the set and personnel will be limited during the actor’s visit, Radar Online reported.

And it appears Clooney’s scenes may find him reuniting with his “ER” love interest.

A rep for Julianna Marguiles, who played nurse Carol Hathaway for six years on “ER” confirmed she is shooting scenes for the NBC drama.

“ER” is bowing out this spring on April 2. The season will include three more episodes than previously planned.
