LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Ricki Lake knows a thing or two about getting in shape, but even she was impressed by Valerie Bertinelli’s recent bikini photos on the cover of People magazine.
“She looks sick,” Ricki told Access Hollywood on Tuesday. “I mean, man, she showed me up, didn’t she?”
Valerie, 48, showed off her new figure on the April 6 cover of People after losing almost 50 pounds.
“She looks great,” Ricki continued. “She looks a lot better than I would look in a bikini.”
But would Ricki follow Valerie’s lead and pose for her own bikini photo shoot?
“I don’t wear bikinis. Trust me, nobody wants me in a bikini,” she said. “But I do naked pretty well. Everyone will just have to use their imagination on that one.”
