Contrary to previous reports, the end of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” may not be a reality in 2011 after all – at least not if Oprah has anything to say about it.
Access Hollywood caught up with Oprah on Wednesday night in New York at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater’s 50th anniversary gala, where the queen of TV talk said she’s not planning to pull the plug on her syndicated show when the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) launches via Discovery on cable TV in 2011.

Many artists honored with a Grammy Award nomination might celebrate at a celeb-filled Hollywood club, but Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas plan to rejoice in their musical milestone with a rousing game of flag football and some Pinkberry.
Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson caught up with The Jonas Brothers at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards nominations Wednesday night in Los Angeles, where the middle Jonas brother, Joe, said they were surprised to be nominated for Best New Artist.

College basketball analyst and sports ambassador Dick Vitale and co-host of ESPN’s “Pardon the Interruption” Michael Wilbon have teamed up with ESPN, The V Foundation for Cancer Research® and Stand Up To Cancer in an effort to create a national discussion about the often ignored reality of prostate cancer and to help men start to understand their potential risk for the disease.
The effort launches with “Life: Interrupted – Stand Up To Prostate Cancer,” a town hall-style program taking place Thursday, December 4, at New York City’s ESPNZone. Panelists include leading doctors, as well as celebs Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, DL Hughley and Joe Theismann.

Britney Spears’ first husband, Jason Alexander, is behind bars Van Nuys, Calif., Access Hollywood has learned.
The LA County Sheriff’s Department had originally told Access that Alexander was arrested for an alleged DUI violation.
However, now authorities have told Access they “believe” Alexander has been arrested for allegedly missing two court ordered appointments at the LA county morgue.

The minute the election race ended another began - the race to dress Michelle Obama on Inauguration Day, January 20.
One prime contender? Designer Kai Milla, who met Michelle at the Democratic National Convention in August, where her husband Stevie Wonder performed.
“She told me how she liked my designs and I said, ‘Well thanks so much because I would love to design for you,’” Kai told us.
So Kai got to work ASAP.
