Whitney Houston Duet With Akon Leaks Online

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Whitney Houston dazzles on the red carpet at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party.Whitney Houston’s new album isn’t due out for months, but it appears you can’t keep good music down.

A single featuring Whitney and producer Akon surfaced on the Internet recently.

The track, called, “Like I Never Left,” no doubt a reference to the fact that it has been five years since her last album release, finds the diva dueting with Akon on lyrics like “I want you to love me, like I never left.”

The slow jam finds Whitney and Akon singing about a broken relationship over three-and-a-half minutes.

Sample Whitney lyrics include “Did you ever wish you could get past something that you did in your past,” and “Yes your girl is coming back.”

Whitney’s album is due out in the fall. It was unclear at press time whether the song would be on her upcoming effort.
