ACCESS EXCLUSIVE: Tara Conner Heads To Rehab

Miss USA Tara Conner will check into rehab on Thursday, Access Hollywood has learned exclusively from a source.

Access Hollywood has uncovered details that Tara will be admitted to The Caron Foundation in Wernersville, PA on Thursday.

The Pennsylvania facility treats approximately 4,000 people a year– past celebrities who have attended include Liza Minnelli & Steven Tyler.

?The Caron Foundation saved my life,’’ Minnelli previously told the New York Times. ‘‘I was born with this disease, which people don’t understand, that they have found a gene. They have found that it runs in families. Like my mom had it. My father did not, but his father did. You can trace it back. The most important thing I can say to anyone suffering from compulsive obsessive anything is the word ‘shame’ must be removed.’’

Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler also went to Caron in 1986.

Trump has done work with Caron before. He helped them raise money at a golf tournament — The First Annual Caron Classic Golf Tournament took place on October 23rd, 2006 at Trump National in Bedminster, NJ.

Miss Universe Organization owner Donald Trump allowed Tara to keep her crown yesterday at a press conference, following a slew of accounts of the beauty queen?s heavy, underage drinking and rumored drug use.

Trump announced she would be entering rehab, with a spokesperson for the pageant telling reporters details would be worked out in the coming weeks.

Conner won the title, Miss USA in April and has been living in New York. She turned 21 on Monday.

“I think Tara is going to be the great comeback kid,” Trump said at Tuesday?s news conference.
