Access Exclusive: U.S. Open Champ Graeme McDowell Films Cameo On HBO’s ‘Entourage’

Fresh off his big win at the U.S. Open over the weekend, Graeme McDowell has already found himself a new Hollywood “Entourage.”

The 30-year-old golfer, who hails from Northern Ireland, will make a guest appearance on the upcoming seventh season of HBO’s “Entourage,” AccessHollywood.com can exclusively reveal.

“I don’t know which is cooler, two putts from 20 feet to win the U.S. Open or my appearance on ‘Entourage,’” McDowell – who filmed his cameo on Tuesday in Los Angeles — said in a statement to Access. “To hang out on the set with [series creator] Doug Ellin and the cast of ‘Entourage’ was a really special experience. I’ve always been a big fan of the show, so much so, that I even call my own agent Ari!”

However, it appears the collaboration between the golfer and his newfound acting friends won’t end on the set.

“It’s pretty cool that the ‘Entourage’ guys like their golf too. We have arranged to hook up for a game at some point in the near future, so I’m really looking forward to that,” he added.

As in years past, this season boasts an impressive lineup of celebrity guest stars. In addition to McDowell, other notable names including Jessica Simpson, Zac Efron and Mike Tyson will also make cameos with Vincent Chase and the boys.

Although if McDowell has his say, there’s one certain starlet who would be joining him on the show.

“Who is an actress you think is gorgeous?” Access’ Billy Bush asked the U.S. Open champ in an interview for “The Billy Bush Show” on Monday.

“I’ve always been a bit of a Scarlett Johansson fan,” McDowell revealed.

“She’s alright. She’s OK,” the golfer grinned.

The new season of “Entourage” debuts Sunday, June 27.
