“The Biggest Loser” trainer Bob Harper joined Access Hollywood Live’s Billy Bush and Kit Hoover to show them some quick, heart healthy recipes. Bob is also promoting his workout DVD, “Ultimate Cardio Body” and his “Bob Harper’s Contoured Kettlebells.”
The Green Drink
Ingredients:
18oz. water
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tablespoon of chia powder
1 tablespoon of maca powder
2 stalks of fresh dinosaur kale
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
Put in blender and blend.

Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup of quinoa
2 cans of no salt black beans
2 roma tomatoes (diced)
1 cup fresh salsa
1/8 avocado
Boil 2 cups of water. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and then add to the water. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Rinse the beans and add them to the quinoa. Add the diced tomatoes, salsa, and avocado.
