Access Hollywood Live: St. Patrick’s Day Fun Drinks!

Irish mixologist Paul Treacy stops by Access Hollywood Live to show off some us how to make some fun St. Patrick’s Day drinks at home!

Irish Nightcap

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Patron XO Cafe
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3/4 oz half & half
1 oz lime juice
1 oz fresh lemon sour mix
Chocolate syrup

Method:
Swirl glass with chocolate syrup.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.

Apple Shamrock Martini

Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz Ultimat Vodka
1/2 oz apple schnapps
1 oz green apple coulis or purée juice of ½ lime
Deep-fried granny smith apple for garnish

Method:
Combine all ingredients and shake.
Serve straight up or on the rocks.
Garnish by floating a slice of deep-fried granny smith apple.

Peach Irish Kiss

Ingredients:
2 Oz. Irish Whiskey
1/2 Oz. Peach Schnapps Liqueur
2 Oz. Orange Juice
Splash with sprite or ginger ale

Method:
Mix this drink over ice in a tall highball glass in the order given above.
