Access’ Nancy O’Dell Earns Inaugural PBA Beautiful Humanitarian Award

Access Hollywood’s own Nancy O’Dell has been named the inaugural recipient of the Professional Beauty Association’s Beautiful Humanitarian Award.

Given to a public figure who exemplifies beauty both inside and out, Nancy was honored on July 19 in Las Vegas at the 20th Annual North American Hairstyling Awards.

“It is an honor to be selected as the very first recipient of the PBA Beautiful Humanitarian Award. While I am a huge fan of the many wonderful products and beauty professionals which are such an instrumental part of my profession, I know true beauty comes from within, and I am humbled by this nice honor which will help me continue to raise awareness for the many causes of which I blessed to be a part,” Nancy said.

Nancy was recognized for her considerable charity work, which includes such organizations as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, March of Dimes, Child Help, Best Buddies and the American Record Cross. Nancy serves as a National ALS Ambassador and a National Vice President for the MDA, and holds positions with each of her charities.
