Actress Bai Ling Arrested At LAX For Allegedly Shoplifting

Bai Ling, of  “The Crow” and “Entourage” fame, was arrested Wednesday afternoon for allegedly shoplifting at the Crews of California gift shop at Los Angeles International Airport, Access Hollywood has learned.

The actress was accused of taking two Star Magazines and two packs of AAA batteries, and leaving the gift shop without paying. The cost of the merchandise was estimated at about $16, according to a statement from the LAPD Airport Division .

After the actress allegedly left the store with the unpaid merchandise, a store employee stopped Bai Ling, making a citizens arrest.

LAX Airport Police then took Bai Ling to the Pacific Station, where she was booked for misdemeanor shoplifting and released.

Bai Ling was cooperative during her arrest according to the LAPD Airport Division .

Before the alleged shoplifting, Bai was busy blogging in the airport terminal.

“Windering [sic] if the chinese [sic] new year ended and people are rushing in the cold wind to work now? Life is a sad song sometime [sic] but still sings the beauty for their loved ones,” Bai Ling wrote on her blog, along with posting a picture of herself sitting in the terminal.

Her arrest did not appear to dampen her spirits. The actress was back to blogging a day after her arrest, wishing her readers a happy Valentine’s Day today.

“It is a beautiful day for lovers, for romace [sic], beauty mystry [sic] dancing in the light of the sexy red wine……hope you are somewhere with your special one who is close to your heart and give [sic] you the joy of love…..”

Bai Ling is scheduled to appear in court on March 5.
