Adam Lambert On Going International: ‘I’ll Be As Touristy As Humanly Possible’

Adam Lambert may be an “American Idol” runner-up, but the singer is ready to branch out internationally.

“I want to go to France,” he told AccessHollywood.com’s Laura “Dish of Salt” Saltman at the Screen Actors Guild Awards red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium in LA on Saturday night. “I want to see Paris, I’ve never been.”

And the singer added his debut album, “For Your Entertainment,” is starting to arrive worldwide, which he hopes will lead to a Paris trip.

“I’m just doing a lot of international press now, just trying to get the album out worldwide, which is so exciting,” he said. ”I’ll be as touristy as humanly possible.”

But on Saturday night, Adam – fresh from a Flaunt magazine photo shoot and sporting a high-spiked hairdo – was enjoying being on a Hollywood red carpet.

“I got invited and thought, ‘Why not come, a chance to dress up?’” he said. “[I’m] just hanging out.”
