Adrian Pasdar Arrested On DUI Charge

Adrian Pasdar was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Wednesday morning, the California Highway Patrol confirmed to Access Hollywood.

According to CHP officer Terry Liu, the “Heroes” star was observed driving a white Ford F150 at approximately 94 miles per hour before being pulled over by CHP officers, who determined that he was under the influence after conducting a field sobriety test. Odors of an alcoholic beverage were emanating from the vehicle, Liu told Access.

The 44-year-old actor was arrested at 2:59 AM and charged with a misdemeanor DUI.

He made his $15,000 bail later on Wednesday morning. His court date is scheduled for February 24 at 8:30 AM.

Pasdar, who played Nathan Petrelli on the NBC show before his character was seemingly killed off, is married to Dixie Chicks star Natalie Maines.
