Alicia Silverstone may be a proud vegan, but the star is getting ready to add “Butter” to her diet.
According to Production Weekly, the actress is in negotiations for the Weinstein Company comedy, which is already set to star Ty Burrell, Jennifer Garner and Ashley Greene.
The film features “Modern Family’s” Ty as a butter-carving champion who steps aside from his title as his wife (Jennifer) gears up to compete in their small town contest.
Alicia was also recently cast in the Amy Heckerling vampire film, “Vamps.”
The star, who became a vegan in 1998, released her vegan handbook, “The Kind Diet,” in October 2009.
