Following her July hospitalization – after she started a fire in a woman’s driveway near Los Angeles – the 27-year-old has left her treatment center.

“Amanda and her entire family would like to thank everyone who’s contacted them with good thoughts and wishes for Amanda’s recovery,” her mother’s attorney said in a statement to People.

The lawyer explained that the former child star will still continue to receive treatment and will have the support of her family.

“Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She’s very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared,” the statement said.

The mag also confirmed that Bynes’ mom, Lynn, will remain in control of the actress’ well-being and finances.
