Amber Heard Postpones Deposition In Johnny Depp Case

Amber Heard’s upcoming deposition in her ongoing legal saga
with her estranged husband Johnny Depp has been delayed another day.

According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood,
the actress filed a request to move her deposition from Aug. 12 to Aug. 13. Heard’s attorneys Samantha Spector and Joseph Koenig appeared
on her behalf in a Los Angeles courtroom this morning.

In the filing, Spector claims her
client is currently in London filming “Justice League” and was unable to
arrange for a flight to travel from London to Los Angeles,
which would arrive in LA in time for her deposition originally scheduled for
10 a.m. on Friday.

Although Depp is scheduled to be deposed on Saturday, a
source close to the situation tells Access Hollywood that probably won’t happen.

“[The lawyers] are meeting and conferring on a date for
Johnny,” the source said.
